Ward finishes 8th at Casino Speedway

Morgan Ward opened her 2025 campaign over Memorial Day weekend and scored a top-10 result at her home track.

After a Friday rainout with the Tri-State Late Model Series at Rapid Speedway in Rock Rapids, Iowa, Ward competed on Sunday night at Watertown, South Dakota’s Casino Speedway. Driving her new-look Lone Pine Bar and Grill No. 37JR ride, she was among 25 WISSOTA Late Model competitors at the quarter-mile oval for the 10th annual Casino Speedway Memorial.

Ward drove from sixth to fourth in her heat race, putting her 16th on the grid to begin the 25-lap feature. She marched forward throughout the race to finish in the eighth position.
