Ward competes in pair of Casino Speedway features
Morgan Ward raced in two main events at Watertown, South Dakota’s Casino Speedway on Sunday night as part of both a regularly scheduled program and a makeup from Memorial Day weekend.
In the 25-lap WISSOTA Late Model makeup feature at the quarter-mile oval, Ward recorded a DNF and came home 11th aboard her LiftGator No. 37JR machine.
Nineteen WISSOTA Late Models were at the track for Sunday’s regularly scheduled action, which saw Ward win her heat race. She began the 25-lap A-Main from the second row, however, she ran into trouble early and registered another DNF with a 13th-place result.
